Most libraries offer free Wi-Fi. You typically don't even need a library card to get Wi-Fi access. You do need a library card or guest pass to access their PCs. Sometimes, you can access the Wi-Fi outside the building if you are sitting next to it in certain spots. This is especially useful on days when they are closed.

Eateries and Stores
Many eateries and stores offer Wi-Fi, such as Starbucks, McDonald's and Walmart. You typically need to purchase something to use their Wi-Fi.

Data Plans
You can get a data plan with a smart phone fairly inexpensively via services like Tracfone.
